Digital Banking

Banking with us has never been easier – take us on the go!

  1. Log into our Online Banking and select the “Communications” tab.
  2. In the left hand column, select “Alerts”
  3. Drop down the “Select New Alert’, and chose an option from the given list.
  4. When prompted, select which account you would like the alert to be on, and input the amount of which you would like to be notified.
  5. Click “Next” and create a description for the alert.
  6. Click “Next” and choose whether you would like to receive an email alert or a text alert. Finally, select “Add” for the alert to be added to your account.
  1. Log into our Mobile Banking App
  2. Click on the menu at the top left and select “Deposit”.
  3. Select “Make A Deposit” and when prompted, select which account you wish to deposit the check. Carefully enter the check amount to make sure it matches the check.
  4. Select “Front of Check” and take a well-lit image of the front of the check.
  5. Select “Back of Check” and take a well-lit image of the back of the check. (Make sure to endorse the back of the check with your signature, “For NAS JRB CU Mobile Deposit Only”, and your account number.) Please keep in mind that if your check is not properly endorsed, it will be returned to you.

Online Banking

  1. Log into our Online Banking
  2. At the top right, select the message bubble icon and select “Create New Message”.
  3. Complete the Topic and Message form, and click send when finished.

Mobile Banking

  1. Log into our Mobile App
  2. Click on the menu at the top left and select “Messages” then select “New Message”.
  3. Complete the Topic and Message form, and click send when finished.
  1. Log into our Online Banking
  2. Select “Communications” on the top menu
  3. On the left hand side, select “Order Checks.” When prompted, you will be brought to a new page and asked to fill in your check’s ABA number and your account number. Click “Submit” once finished.
ATTENTION ALL MOBILE DEPOSIT USERS:

Please make sure you are endorsing your checks with "For NASJRBCU Mobile Deposit Only," your signature, and your account number. If you do not use this endorsement, your checks will be returned to you and you will be asked to re-submit once endorsed properly.
